this can only bedone on 2xREFINNING DAY
you need to get an artifact feeder ( it mean you have an extra artifact, that you dont use for your character class or you dont need it or artifact that you can get with cheap price in Aution House {AH}) put the feeder artifact into slot to refine, to upgrade the artifact that you want to use.

this is a tips how to get from legendary orange colour artifact > ready to refine mythic aqua colour artifact.
but you must use the same type of artifact, like artifact type of union>union/ stability>stabiliy/ power>power it give tons of refinning point .
if not the same type,it give you less refinning point.

example: you have artifact lostmauth's union type legendary orange colour (rank 100). feeder artifact lathander's union type epic purple colour(rank 99), you can get full bar refinning point artifact lostmauth's ready to refine mythic colour lostmaouth's.
* dont be trick after you place union epic rank 99 in refinning slot union legendary rank 100, it dont show you full bar refinning point.. it will show you 4-3 bar empty, but after you click the refine button, you will see it full bar ready to refine mythic aqua colour.
* this tips do not work for artifact EQUIPMENT weapon/neck/belt.
